China Telecom Opens Mobile Literature Site to Unicom, Mobile Users

China Telecom (NYSE: CHA; 0728.HK) announced yesterday that it had opened its mobile literature service, E-Surfing Reading, to China Mobile (NYSE: CHL; 0941.HK) and China Unicom (NYSE: CHU; 0762.HK; 600050.SH) subscribers. Any subscriber with WAP access can now log into and use E-Surfing Reading. Previously, the service had been available only to China Telecom subscribers with 189-, 153-, and 133-prefix numbers.
