Chinese Stocks Are Suggesting We Stay Long U.S. Equities

The Chinese stock market is the best performing stock market in Asia this year (as far as major market indices go), and one of the better performing stock markets in the world (so far, at least). This is most fascinating, because if you were to ask the average investor, "Which five stock markets in the world would you not invest funds in?" I am confident that the Chinese stock market would be one of the popular picks.

Do you ever hear of any bullish commentary surrounding the Chinese stock market? I certainly don't. The banter/commentary I come across closely associates Chinese stocks with "bear" markets. It has become fashionable to be bearish on Chinese stocks. There are some powerful reasons put forward as to why not to be invested in Chinese stocks, including out-of-control inflation and the efforts of the central authorities to slow the economy down.
